A two-chair salon automated bookings and reminders inside WhatsApp and stopped losing slots to no-shows.
The challenge
Bookings came through WhatsApp messages that the owner answered between clients. Double-bookings and no-shows were common, and chasing confirmations ate into the day.
The approach
The owner described the booking flow to paige, which built a WhatsApp app that shows live availability, lets clients pick a stylist and time, confirms instantly, and sends automatic reminders the day before.
The result
No-shows fell sharply once confirmations and reminders were automatic, and the owner stopped spending evenings sorting out the next day.
